Description
Alpine heifer raised in a semi-wild state in the Alps on the border between Italy and France, distributed exclusively by Giotto Carni. This meat is renowned for its excellent marbling and intramuscular fat that melts during cooking, offering a flavor reminiscent of Alpine herbs and light game. (all meats there must be a disclaimer that minimum cut is 1kg and price will vary according to weight of the ordered cut)
