Minhota

An indigenous old cow from the Minho region, from which it takes its name, located in northern Portugal near the Galician border. Joel Saramago, the renowned breeder, dedicates his prestigious CR7 line to Cristiano Ronaldo. The heifer is raised on a triple-pasture system, ranging from 7 to 15 years. Its diet is rich in eucalyptus, which enhances venous return. The finishing process is long and carefully designed, based on corn and cereals.
